If it is a non-human performance failure during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it for you free of charge depending on the situation. At the same time, we will provide you with a spare machine free of charge to ensure your normal production. For out-of-warranty maintenance, a certain fee will be incurred based on the maintenance results, and we will send you a quotation after inspection.

2、Logistics Costs

Product repair policy during the warranty period. For out-of-warranty repairs, the costs incurred will be borne by the shipper.

3、Accessories Purchase

You can check the price and purchase by calling the customer service hotline 0559-3584611. Affected by purchase batch, time and supplier factors, the price of repair parts may be adjusted. Please refer to the official price at the time of purchase.

4、Service Method

It is divided into two service modes: online and offline. In situations that do not involve installation, machine relocation, component replacement, etc., in order to ensure customer production timeliness, priority will be given to online guidance.

5、Response Time

After applying for warranty online, we will respond within 30 minutes. Please keep your communication equipment running smoothly during this period.
