This horizontal knee type milling machine has high rigidity structure and stable precision. Three direction of guideways have adopted wear-resistant measuresment to maintain high accuracy and long life.
This CNC vertical knee type milling machine has high rigidity structure and stable precision. Configured with high performance numerical control system, which can achieve X Y Z combined
The machine has complete functions, high degree of automation, easy operation and reliable performance.
High rigidity and stability of mechanical structure
The spindle is driven by a fully enclosed flanged disk motor YE2-160M-6-B5, which is with power of 11kW, spindle speed 975rpm, of the YE2-160M-6-B5 type with a power of 7.5kW and a speed of 975rpm, it is transmit by a flexible coupling and the gear of the speed change mechanism. Depend on the mechanism, the spindle speed spindle maximum yo 1500rpm, 18 steps, range from 30-1500rpm.
3 axe adopt high-precision ball screws, others driven by the synchronous belt, which devoted to high precision.
The three direction guide pairs are equipped with quenching and plastering configurations, which can improve to high accuracy and long life.
