This horizontal knee type milling machine has high rigidity structure and stable precision. Three direction of guideways have adopted wear-resistant measuresment to maintain high accuracy and long life.
This CNC knee type milling machine has high rigidity structure and stable precision. Configured with high performance numerical control system, which can achieve X Y Z combined
The machine has complete functions, high degree of automation, easy operation and reliable performance.
High rigidity and stability of mechanical structure
The spindle is driven by a fully enclosed flanged disk motor YE2-16L
-6-B5, which is with power of 11kW, spindle speed 975rpm, it is transmit by a flexible coupling and the gear of the speed change mechanism. Depend on the mechanism, the spindle speed range from 30-1500rpm, 18 steps.
3 axe adopt high-precision ball screws, Y axis driven by motor directly, others driven by the synchronous belt, which devoted to high precision.
Three directions guideway are equipped with quenching and plastic coating, which can improve to high accuracy and long life.
Extensive Application
The machine has advantages on maching complex and high presision products, no matter for one piece or big batch, like cam, sample, module, arc groove and so on.
More machining can achieve with some accessories like universal indexing head, circular table and so on.
