How do I maintain my processing equipment during the holidays?
If the machine tool is not used for a long time during the holiday, you need to follow the following steps for maintenance and use:
Pre-holiday machine tool maintenance and shutdown steps:
1. Clean up the work table, open the guideway cover of each axis, thoroughly clean up the residual iron filings and coolant on the guideway of each axis, the screw, by manually controlling the lubrication pump to work, check whether the oil point is normal, and move the axes so that the lubricating oil is evenly coated in the screw and guideway surface, and apply antirust oil on the worktable;
2. Remove the tool holder on the spindle, after the tool holder is removed, clean the spindle taper hole, and apply anti-rust oil to the tool holder and spindle taper hole;
3. Clean up the tool magazine manipulator, tool disc and tool sleeve, there can be no iron residue, and replace the tool magazine lubricant;
4. In order to avoid the loss of system parameters and machine origin, please pay attention to the replacement of batteries before the long holiday;
5. Thoroughly clean the impurities in the water tank, clean the water tank filter;
6. Move each axis to the middle position of the stroke to avoid deformation of the machine casting affecting the accuracy due to long time bias;
7. if there are rats in the workshop, it is recommended to make good precautions against rats to avoid biting the cable;
8. Close the gas source, clean up the liquid in the pneumatic two pieces to avoid icing due to the cold weather;
9. Close the machine's main power supply, clean up the dust in the electrical cabinet and heat exchanger filter, in the electrical cabinet and the system box into the desiccant moisture.

Steps for powering up and switching on the machine after the festival:
1. Confirm the quality of air source (no water, no dust) and then connect the air pipe;
2. Confirm that there is no condensation in the electrical box and no trace of mouse bite;
3. Add new cutting fluid and wipe off the applied anti-rust oil;
4. Confirm the phase sequence and voltage of the power supply, and whether the zero point of the machine is lost;
5. Power on, confirm the operation status of the cooling fan in each part (with or without rotation, speed is up to the requirements);
6. Confirm the position of each axis and whether it is the same before shutting down the machine;
7. Run the action of each unit (lubrication, cooling, tool magazine, the center out of water, hydraulic station, etc.);
8. The spindle and shaft running before the need to warm up 60 minutes: spindle from 500 rpm low speed, gradually incremental to 3000 rpm, manual control of the lubrication pump, work every 1 minute, the shafts from F100 low-speed operation, gradually incremental to F5000, check whether the spindle is hot, whether the shafts are running whether there is a strange noise;
9. Check and confirm the level of the oil cup of the tool cylinder, and manually confirm the tool changing action.
